When does my order ship?
If your order was directly off of my shop inventory, then your order will ship within the next 1-3 business days. If you order on a Friday or Holiday, your order will ship the next business day.
If you had a CUSTOM order, your order will ship when the order is completed.
My order was custom, how long does it take to make and to ship?
If your order was a custom order, please allow 5-14 business days for order completion and an additional 3-7 days for shipment.
Why do you not accept returns?
We do not accept returns because of the nature of the products we offer. Our products are to be used on the body, and we need to take precautions.
If you have any trouble or complaints about your purchase, please contact us directly to solve any issues you may have.
Why must I cancel my order within 24 hours of ordering?
Because we ship within 3 business days, we need to know RIGHT AWAY if you need to cancel your order. Once your order has shipped, we will not cancel it.
If I don't like my items, do you refund?
At this time, we do not issue refunds. Due to the nature of our products (they are to be used on the body and in in the bath), we can not refund your purchase. We ask that you purchase with awareness. If you have ANY questions, please send us a message at ANY time, we will reply with in 24 hours.
My item was damaged during shipping, what do I do?
If your item was damaged during shipment, we ask that you IMMEDIATELY send us a message with photos so we can correct the issue. If we deem that the mail system damaged the package, then we will promptly send you new product. If damage is caused by the customer, a replacement will NOT be sent.
Care instructions
Most of our products are to be used with 1-2 years, and are to only be used EXTERNALLY. None of our products are tested by the FDA, and the user is using our products at his or her discretion.
Keep products out of extreme heat.
I did not receive my item after it shipped but it says it has been delivered.
If the tracking of your package shows that it is delivered, there is not much we can do from our end. Please check with neighbors, your apartment manager, your postal carrier, and your post master at your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the United States Postal Service. We do not replace or refund orders or items if the tracking has been marked delivered.
If you believe your package has been stolen, you need to file a police report with your local police office.
My package was shipped to the wrong address! What do I do?
If your package was shipped to the wrong address, there is not much we can do from our end, unfortunately. Try contacting the post office in which your package was delivered from. Once we have dropped off packages to the United States Postal Service, we have no control over what happens to them after that. We are not responsible for packages that have been mailed to the wrong address that was provided at check out. Please make sure you provide the correct address when you are completing your order.
If your packaged has been "returned to sender" we will reship once a NEW shipping label has been purchased by the customer.
